About Me

I'm Shelly; mother to four little ones, wife to my high school sweetheart, follower of Jesus. I love all things domestic: cooking, sewing, decorating, and even cleaning. My husband calls me a coffee snob, but I never miss afternoon tea. I have a fabric obsession, and own way more than I can ever use. I'm a bit old-fashioned; I love old jazz music and old films. I love the sight of smoke coming out of a chimney, the smell of the air before a thunderstorm, and I could stare at the night sky for hours.
This is where I share bits of inspiration, the loveliness of everyday life, and things God is teaching me in this journey called motherhood.
